  2. The registered office placeholder. "[provide address]" is still in section 1. Indian law expects the registered address of the entity, so fill it in.
  3. This is a generic gifting/e-commerce template, and "Doctor Sukoon" sounds like health or wellness. If you offer consultations, medical advice, or health products, these terms are inadequate. They have no medical disclaimer (that the site isn't a substitute for professional care or emergency treatment), no consent terms for health data, no refund or cancellation terms, and no payment terms. Health data brings extra obligations under India's DPDP Act, and any telemedicine service has its own rules.
